Really nice kids and parents place by our house

Yep about a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute bike ride we have a large park with adult entertainment(not in the sense your thinking pervert) including a bar with snacks and some live cooking along with basketball, volleyball, soccer, good service, chairs in beach sand, ropes course, putt putt golf…

For the kids there are trampolines of various sizes, outside house, swings, sand and tables, slides, kids bikes, and more.  Best part is it’s really safe you can just let them run and run and run with no concerns in most of it as it is surrounded by fields.  The girls have lots of fun of course and even love all the flowers in the fields.  Yep the are girls somehow obsessed with flowers and have to sniff and pull them all then run around for some reason rubbing them on there checks.

Some boy showed Coco the door bell so she is obsessed with this and somehow if you remember a long long time ago we used to make them go “ding dong” and bob there heads funny and without ever re- mentioning this they remembered it and were doing head bobbles…

My god they love the trampoline.  Especially Claire who can surprisingly for her size and age keep up with the big kids when they are flipping.  She really doesn’t care about being tossed all around.  Coco is starting to get the hang of it.

 

This little terd decided to sneak into the trunk and take out both of there baby blankets then bring one to coco.  This is naughty as they know these are not allowed here but she is awfully sneaky.

We have officially moved

Our new place is well pretty nice I must say.  The living room is rather small but it has a nice homy feel and an upstairs to give the girls a far away private playing place and bedroom.  The summertime amenities are well a dream and a fenced in backyard with a really cool landlord who doesn’t care that we have a pool and use the backyard as we wish. 

For now we even got a clicker to the garage which stores my bike for a quick escape and the house due to it’s being new is in good shape with new appliances etc. 

Pardon the mess really we are still moving in and well I think we are calling this stage #4 of the official process.

We were able to fit the sofa and with some really good planning and insight from Hana we did make the best of the living room and it actually feels alright after a few moving around.

The large window shown leads to the backyard and yep we do redneck it a bit and leap out the window to the backyard to save a rather long walk around to the fence in the back.

 

After a mount and remount I did get the TV above this picture is actually a swing to the right of the photo above and sits above our dining room table.

 

 

Swing the camera to the right again and this is our messy kitchen.  Has a new dishwasher fridge built  into the cabinet setup and lots of storage and nice shelves.

 

Missing bathtub but the place has two bathrooms well I guess 1.5 as only one has a shower but this is the main one. 

The water pressure blows ass chunks.

I got yelled at really badly for doing a shitty job but we had an issue where there is gapping large holes and in the back the railing does not even goto the wall so I had to drill a board in buy some netting and rope and well even though I got yelled at I would say I did a good job as this was hard nothing to anchor it in a lot of places..  I just got done with this actually.

 

 

 

 

 

Yep here is out our window to the fenced in backyard and yep that is the pool we bought.  There are some poles and a sun roof which still needs up but it is all good and ready and been used a lot already!.

 

Ready ta gooo

Well we are moving in two days.  Today starts my official 30 day vacation but unnofficially the work has just begun.  We are facing a massive heat wave starting tomorrow and is being called similiar to tropical weather which will make the rest of the packing and the actual moving rather unenjoyable.

With this also adding on some other random holiday which should pollute the streets and traffic as Czech get the hell outta dodge and start there vacations. 

This sounds like bitching but it's really not on the plus side we have aquired super special master movers and are thinking of starting a business.  Our stuff is good to do and professional packed in boxes and well the place is pretty clean already!  Amy did most of the work and she deserves some kudos for this. 

A little update from the Kanye he is doing a’ok

One thing that has stayed good and consistant with this guy is his baby blanket.  It’s been said before but this blanket has been around since he was a youngin and used in his crate to bring him over seas with us.  His clear mommy issues from the puppy mill he was taken from shows he still likes to milk this thing…  Strange ritual but cute as hell and you learn to keep his blanket handy or he will “milk” your pillows!

 

 

 

Glad to see your doing ok Mr. North!  This time try not to come back home again and I hope your owners are super great to you!

 

Girls and Chalk

Well the girls like to play chalk and are still obsessed with letters and numbers.  Especially Claire has even learned to basically count.  She does the twooo fuuurr seven nine, TEN.. but well for her age I guess that is amazing.

Even when going to bed they look at all the numbers on there wall and talk to each other and can recognize basically every letter so you hears M   NNNNNN OOOOOOOOOO in chorus most every night they are going to bed. 

I am not so sure what is so special but with this comes the love of Chalk and they tell us what letters to draw and try to draw there own.

Our Little Journey called fucking moving (pics of new place)

Yep we finally got out of our previous crappy place and settled in a nice apartment where we finally for the first time here got that feeling of home.  The location is great kids park right outside our window and just a place where our stuff fits right.  We were actually content and planning a long stay in this place but our landlord out of the blue reported that she lost her place and needs this place back grrr..

She is actually being really nice about it and feels really bad so has helped out financially and reworked the contract a bit but we still are losing an enormous amount of money at well a bad time.  Amy just paid a lump sum for some schooling and we were still working on paying off our debts.  With a move here comes the realtor fee which we paid to move in and now again to move to a new place totals about $2000 then on the new place you have to pay of course a deposit and a couple months rent so there goes another $2000 dollars… Yep the soukenka’s are financially tapped out now.  On top of the general stress of finances we are losing a comfortable piece of our life and forced to get movers and start packing up right away. 

When your already so far from home and kicked outta a place like home this takes a good toll on your emotions but of course you suck it up laugh a little bit and the good news is there is some positive!!!  The place we found looks great the landlord looks great and well for similar to what we pay now we get a much better dwelling and lots of benefits for the whole family like large fields close to my work schools all around and a nice nature and “new” feel to the area.

I have not seen it yet as I was watching the babies while Amy went to pay the deposit but with lots and lots of hard work from Amy and a definite suck it up stay strong mentality we are as well off as we could be right now so gratz to Amy and the joyous part now here are some pics and such.

 

 

This shows the outside from Google Streetview our place is on the right and the owners is on the left.  Basically we get a garage the house is behind that and the top two windows are the upstairs with bedrooms second bathroom and all that fun stuff.  

It’s a pretty big place with a large fenced in backyard where we have been informed we can do whatever we want leave toys out there throw in a pool whatever!  So we get that good ole house feeling.

We will be the second tenants only so the place is very new as you can see.  This picture shows the nice countertop Stove and YEAH a dishwasher again! 

Little spot for the microwave and the cupboard on the left is a fridge so we will again have two fridges when we bring ours.

 

This is if I remember right located upstairs and is the living room.  The furnishings will be staying.

 

 

 

 

This is the  master bedroom where Amy has informed me above this is a large skylight.  We will most likely store our bed and use this bed as it is similar to the one we have and of course already there and ready.

 

 

This is going to be the girls room the bed pulls out and has a second bed thing under it which if needed we will buy a new matress for but the twins are going to be without there cribs.  We figured with the move is a good time for a bed change.  I am sure this will be fun but I agree this is a good time to try it and well the stuff is already there.

 

This is the hallway upstairs between the two bedrooms and has nice storage which we really need at this point so yeah!  The flooring is as nice as it looks here all through the house.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is one of the bathrooms which contains the shower so I guess we can call this the Master Bathroom.  Nice towel warming rack and below you can see the shower which is right to the right of this photos.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is as mentioned above the shower.  No bathtub which is going to make the girls really sad but for me this looks really nice.

Wonder how it will go with twins and no baths poor girls hehe.

 

 

 

 

 

This is the bathroom upstairs no shower/bath but a good place to pop a quick poopoo or take a piss without adventuring too far or if the girls take up the other bathroom I gotta place to go.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Amy is now asking to run around on Google Maps and show off the area including the park around it and such so let me move and let her grab some pics!

 

As you can see it looks like Amy will have lots of nice sidewalks to walk on this is on a road but there are some nestled slower roads and as you see below lots of fields.

 

 

Close by an endless field to do endless kid shananigans

This will be there school nice playground looks to be nice building yeah I think they will like it.
