Took the girls to the park

Was finally a nice day after a bit of the child so we took the girls to the park down the road from our house.   It's amazing how big they are getting climbing up scary stairs giving even me a panic attack.   They just seem too small to be doing what they are doing.

I have finally rejoined the smart phone world where priorities in life are altered with the need to screw with an app which can fling videos to the living room tv or any other assorted useless task.  I wanted to stay away but here i am again and this thing ruled.

Sammy the Seal

Well we are still battling with doctors trying to figure out what the root cause of breathing issues Claire has been having.  It started some time ago when we went to my dad’s and led to a hospital visit to Motol.  We have since had the issue come and go and been shampooing carpets removing allergens whenever we can and much more!  It finally led to the need for her to get some steroid inhaler and while we thought it was going to be a complete nightmare we got lucky and it turns out she actually likes it!  Thank god because by causing her to scream and panic this makes it much worse so we were initially really wondering how we could do it. 

The doctor rules and gave us a fun respirator shaped like a Seal and we told her if she did Sammy then she would get Sammy’s treats!  Yep that trick works with both kids and dogs  

After some time she would actually beg to do it and has since been off it for some time.  The doctor thinks it was related to inhaling some water in her lungs followed by a common cold irritating it even more.  This is good because we do not want it to be asthma of course.  Since she never had anything like this before it looks good!

Fresh squeezed oranges

Well with the bountiful amount of oranges along with the fact the girls really love it I decided to make a whole bunch of Orange Juice mmm.

I am surprised with how much the girls love citrus fruit and what makes that annoying is they are allergic to citrus so they turn all red and need special creams from it but it’s soo hard to discourage a kid from eating oranges, apples and other healthy foods so we just kind of go with it. 

 

Christmas Joy for my twin darlings

Twas the night of Christmas eve and the girls got really spoiled.  Gotta thank everyone who sent us gifts thank you so much!  Was also nice having grandpa and gradma this year and grandpa’s obsession with bows is pretty funny. 

 

Was a bit strange getting into the Christmas spirit this year with no snow but we did take the girls for a ride in the golf cart to show them all the pretty Christmas lights.  There favorite Christmas lights are choo choo train lights a couple of houses left and someone who went buck wild even had candy canes for onlooker’s pleasure.

You can tel with all this Christmas Charm the girls will have fun waking up and thank goodness they are too young to really know what's going on or sleeping could be a bit challenging!

As a Christmas Eve present they got Grandpa and Grandma’s gift dolls which especially Coco loved rocking to sleep.

One thing that doesn’t take long is kids learning

Warning this gets Cute Coco found high heels in her princess package and had to take them for a walk around the house.  Surprisingly she is a natural in the high heels and I think even better then her momma!  Don’t worry we got a video of this good stuff!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Long distance grandma Hana made these wonderful homemade Dresses for the girls with Auto (Kyrtek) which is a famous mole in the Czech Republic that the girls are absolutely in love with.  This was a very heartfelt gift thanks Hana!!!!

Chloe decided it is time for a night night after all these Channanigans.  This Christmas was such a success let’s hope they don’t think they will always be this spoiled!  Love family and the joy of Christmas and again really thank you Hana, Ivan, Tina, Ric, Lorraine, Kirstin, Will, Ila and all the others who contributed to making these little girls so Happy.

Fun fun fun in the sun in December?! Twins in a pool!!

Well the weather outside is frightful errr DELIGHTFUL let is SNOW LET it SNOW errrr let it SHINE let it SHINE!  Yep it’s been a bit chilly but hard to complain Cactus’s (OR CACKTII still not sure what the correct plural term is) sand and mountains are all we see with not a hint of the normal winter crap I am used too.  Thank god and good riddance you dastardly snow! 

Ok so yeah here are some pics of the twins in the kids pool! 

For the first time in a pool the girls did really good swimming and splashing like crazy.  As usual lately Claire was the bravest and Coco just wanted to sit with Mommy but eventually she grew some balls.

Outside my work Halloween party

Amy had to round the girls up and meet me because there isn’t much of a holiday here and this is a great opportunity to stamp something in there brains for one of my favorite holidays.

It was bitter cold but the girls had a blast.  They were still a bit too young to really experience it so we snuck out after not so long but it was so fun and they did a great job with the setup.  They were most amazed with a house that you could jump in ahh the simple things for kids.

Twins vs the Bug

I missed most the action but a wounded but made for a good 30 minute time killer with twins so I would say the best baby sitter EVER.
